Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) sees itself as a world class university delivering quality management education to students from the world over. Promoted by the XIM Society, Xavier University Bhubaneswar came into being with the Government of Odisha passing the Xavier University Act in June 2013. Xavier University’s unique brand of quality includes a social objective of higher education and communication, an environmental goal of sustainability, as well as ambitious research goals and a commitment to innovation. XUB is very concerned about what it’s students become and supports their personal growth. The University has six institutions under it, of which three institutions are under the Faculty of Management. It has about 70 doctoral students enrolled in various disciplines. The Faculty of Management has about 1218 graduate students studying presently. XUB has about 95 full-time faculty and about 250 part-time and visiting faculty.

The Faculty of Management thus builds business managers, human resource managers, rural sector and social sector managers. These managers are essentially the change agents and drive corporate excellence and societal development. The faculty of management is therefore robust in its mission to build the future leadership of the corporate and development sectors by developing such competent and value-driven professionals.
